I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited this small place. They serve delicious schiacciate—typical Tuscan flatbreads—with an endless variety of flavors and outstanding quality!
What are my favorites? Without a doubt, I absolutely loved: “La Paradiso” (mortadella, pistachio cream, and stracciatella), “L’Italiana” (Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, tomato, and basil pesto), and “La Tricolore” (beef carpaccio, pistachio cream, and stracciatella)!”
