Conceived by chef Matteo Baronetto along with food writers Stefano Cavallito and Luciana Squadrilli, this city-wide festival blends gastronomy, art, and local heritage. Featuring over 100 events—including exclusive dinners with world-renowned star chefs like Niko Romito and Jeremy Chan, museum gala events, authentic traditional trattoria nights (Piolissima), and the popular BistroMania—Buonissima offers an unforgettable journey into Piedmontese flavor and global culinary excellence across Turin’s most striking venues.
