“A very diverse menu featuring both seafood and meat dishes! You can really feel the Piedmontese influence in the chef’s creations, forming a perfect union between Mediterranean and Piedmontese cuisine. During my visit, I tried the “hand-chopped raw meat” as a starter and the “Tenuta Castello risotto with scallop carpaccio” as a first course—both offering delicate and refined flavors.
I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a dining experience that blends two of Italy’s most iconic culinary traditions! 😊”
