“As a true Piedmontese, I really appreciated this type of street food! They serve the typical crostoni filled with all kinds of local Piedmontese ingredients! It was a great discovery that I highly recommend to anyone who might be short on time but still wants to enjoy delicious local cuisine.
I tried the crostone with Bra sausage, Toma cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes, and for dessert, one with peaches and amaretti (a true staple of Piedmontese cuisine!), an absolute delight!”
