Salone del Gusto 2026 Turin; from September 24 to 27, 2026, Turin transforms into the global capital of sustainable food as it hosts the 16th edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto. Coinciding with the 40th anniversary of Slow Food Italy, this world-renowned festival takes over the historic city center, spanning iconic locations from Piazza Carlo Felice to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Piazza San Carlo, and the Royal Gardens. Centered on the theme of biodiversity, the event brings together hundreds of international food producers, Slow Food Presidia, taste workshops, street food, and wine tastings. It is a vibrant, city-wide celebration of culinary heritage, ethical farming, and global flavors.
