Flashback Habitat presents “Scarecrow. Artists Standing Guard Over Life,” a compelling group exhibition that reinterprets the ancient figure of the scarecrow as a symbol of protection and civic resistance. Curated by Alessandro Bulgini and Christian Caliandro, the show features over forty contemporary artists using painting, sculpture, and site-specific installations to turn art into a silent sentinel against modern injustice and violence. Within the unique atmosphere of Corso Lanza, the scarecrow evolves from a rural object into a guardian of human dignity and memory. It is a profound artistic journey that challenges visitors to reflect on care, ethics, and our shared responsibility in today’s world.
