On March 13, 2026, the Centrale at Nuvola Lavazza in Turin hosts “Tramezzino100!”, a special event celebrating the 100th anniversary of the iconic tramezzino, a sandwich created in Turin in 1926. The evening offers a unique gastronomic journey with a large tasting experience featuring more than fifteen different versions of the famous triangular sandwich, from traditional recipes to creative interpretations prepared by historic cafés and well-known venues from the city. Through tastings, talks and storytelling moments, the event explores the history and evolution of this beloved local specialty, paired with wines, cocktails and vermouth, another symbol of Turin’s aperitivo culture.
