Montgenèvre is the only resort in the Via Lattea ski area located just a few kilometers into France. In this case, the chalet is on the eastern side, with Italy right behind it. This wide, open plateau features only two large chalets where you can stop for a break. One of them is Les Terrasses, a lovely spot to enjoy a relaxing pause with a spectacular view of the Alps.
