For me, Cambio Restaurant it’s one of the most historic and characteristic restaurants in the entire city. Located in a very central position, between Piazza Castello and the Egyptian Museum, the Cambio restaurant offers a Michelin-starred menu focused on Piedmontese cuisine. Naturally, the quality, refinement, and style put into the dishes come with their price. Watch out for the price!

“Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to try this spectacular restaurant yet, but there’s not much to say… even though I haven’t been, I can confidently recommend it. A Michelin-starred restaurant that promises a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. You’ll find traditional Piedmontese dishes as well as refined seafood creations, all masterfully reinterpreted to bring out their best.
