“A refined and classy dinner with a variety of flavorful touches! My experience at Silos was a perfect mix between Piedmont and Mediterranean cuisine. I started with the traditional vitello tonnato (absolutely delicious), then moved south with the Spaghetti Mancini (anchovy butter and lemon)… a pairing I had never tried before, but it won me over from the very first bite! 😋
