“Let me tell you all about the dishes I had when I visited this lovely restaurant! To start, I tried the Piedmontese mixed appetizer (three tastings: vitello tonnato, raw meat with a cheese mousse, and a bruschetta topped with anchovy in green sauce). For the first course, I had tajarin (homemade, hand-rolled pasta) with a roast meat sauce, and to finish, a delicious apple tart (tarte-tatin) served with vanilla ice cream.
In addition to the excellent quality and authenticity of the food, I also recommend this place for its great location and the friendliness of the staff! One small tip: they use quite a bit of garlic in their dishes, so if you’re not a fan, be sure to let them know in advance to avoid any surprises!”
