The Sushi del Maslè restaurant is located halfway between Piazza Vittorio and Porta Nuova train Station.
When genius meets creativity, amazing combinations like this are born! When this restaurant first opened, the idea was to create a place that celebrated Piedmontese meats and traditions, but with the style and artistry of Japanese cuisine.
And that’s how the concept of “Sushi del Maslè” came to life; a beautiful way to blend two very different culinary traditions into a single, unique dish.
