- Baroque Masterpiece: The palace is renowned for its stunning Baroque architecture, designed by the architect Amedeo di Castellamonte. It features elaborate decorations, grand halls, and impressive frescoes.
- Restoration and Revival: After falling into disrepair over the centuries, the Reggia di Venaria underwent a massive restoration project starting in 1999. The restoration, which took several years and cost over 200 million euros, was one of the largest cultural heritage projects in Europe.
