A restaurant with a large, modern dining room that, personally, didn’t remind me of a traditional Piedmontese trattoria. But you know what did take me back to my grandmother’s house—only in a modern version? The menu. Full of traditional dishes reimagined with modern cooking techniques and creative pairings (I had the hand-cut beef tartare and the tajarin with guinea fowl ragù)!
I had a truly great experience at this place and I highly recommend it.
