“A place that immediately caught my attention for its originality — with brick ceilings and wooden decorations, it truly feels like a traditional trattoria. On top of that, I enjoyed a truly delicious dinner! I started with the girello di vitello Piemontese as an appetizer and followed with stracotto di fassona al nebbiolo for the main course — the kind of meat that literally melts in your mouth! To end the evening, a classic tiramisù from the tradition.
I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area and looking to enjoy a full-on Piedmontese dinner 😊.”
