Zushi is a refined and elegant spot located in the central and well-known Piazza del Monumento on Corso Vittorio. It does not offer an “all you can eat” menu, but that’s absolutely justified by the high quality of the food and the creativity in its flavor pairings. Very elegant and modern, the restaurant does NOT offer an “all you can eat” option, so you’ll spend a bit more than usual, but the quality of the food and the unique ingredient pairings are definitely worth it!
