- Speaking of pasta, a classic dish from the Roero, as Langhe and Monferrato, is tajarin, thin egg noodles served with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as butter and sage or meat sauces. Equally famous are agnolotti del plin, small ravioli filled with meat or vegetables, whose name comes from the pinch ("plin" in Piedmontese) used to close them. They are often served with a roast sauce or melted butter.

- Among the main coursescarne cruda all'Albese is an excellent choice. It consists of thin slices of raw veal, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper, often enriched with shavings of white truffle or Parmigiano Reggiano. Another iconic dish is brasato al Barolo, a rich beef stew slowly cooked in the famous Barolo wine, along with vegetables and spices, creating a very aromatic and flavorful dish.

- Piedmont is also famous for its cheeses, there are plenty of opportunities to taste specialties like Robiola di Roccaverano, a fresh goat cheese, and Castelmagno, a hard cheese with blue-veined notes, perfect to pair with honey or pears or eat with famous Gnocchi (a type of pasta).

- To conclude, the cuisine offers delicious desserts, such as torta di nocciole, made with the renowned IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont, and bunet, a chocolate and amaretti pudding enriched with a touch of liqueur.

- And, of course, every meal is accompanied by the regionโ€™s famous wines, including BaroloBarbaresco, and Dolcetto and many others!

Personal Experience:

Just like the farmhouse, I also tried the restaurant at this location. Once again, I highly recommend this experience. Itโ€™s a beautiful setting with a charming dining room, and the food, needless to say, is absolutely delicious! To top it off, the service is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home!
