The Museum is located very close to the city centre, near Piazza Carlina, Egyptian Museum and Mole Antonelliana.

Inaugurated in 1978, the Natural Science Museum offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in history. An entire area is dedicate to the history of the animals and their origins. Another smaller area analyze the most remarkable scientific discoveries made by humans and a last one explore the intrinsic characteristics of minerals and their origins.

The museum also features interactive activities that allow you to engage with artificial intelligences as if they were real experts ready to answer your questions.

Personal Experience!

The museum is not very big; you can easily complete your visit in about an hour. Despite its relatively small size, I personally find it very interesting. There are many fascinating elements that help you understand the history of our planet in a simple way, both in terms of living species and stones and minerals. The opportunity to interact with an artificial intelligence is also very intriguing, as you can ask it anything you want!

The museum operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday and Wednesday through Sunday. It remains closed on Tuesdays.
